Dr Sandeep Gavhale completed his MBBS from TNMC & Nair Hospital, Mumbai in 2008. He did his MS in Orthopaedics at Grant Medical College & Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai (2010-2013). Then he chose the field of reconstruction surgery and did Fellowships in Arthroplasty, Robotic joint replacement, Sports Medicine and orthobiologics in Mumbai & the USA(SFO, CA). After completing this training he joined Sir JJ Group of Hospitals in 2016 to teach Medical students and to sharpen his skills further. Dr Gavhale specialised in primary & revision joint replacement surgery. He is an expert in Minimally Invasive Subvastus Knee Replacement Surgery. He also is a master in performing all complex fractures including Pelvis & Acetabulum fractures and has performed more than 3000 surgeries (Trauma, Arthroplasty & Spine) so far and the numbers are increasing day by day.
